That thing runs on your computer?
Of cours it does. Why shouldn't it?
IDK I recall having Tie fighter and X-wing laying around that needed dos, & weird drivers & other foolishness to run.
DOS is included free with Windows, but this was actually written for Windows 95. You also need DerectX, but the required version comes with it. You also need a DirectX compativle graphics card, which might have stopped you from running this game when it was new, but all modern graphics cards are DirectX compatible.

There's really no reason why you shouldn't be able to pop this in and play it today, unless you don't have a working joystick. That's what stopped me from playing it for more than a year.
Big hostages, not glands?
Those 2 games where predecessors to Xwing versus Tie Fighter. I recall having to jump through some hoops to make them work & it not seeming worth it in the end... I'm not sure if I still have them, at some point I copied all my floppy games onto CDs, but never really have gone back to them.
@PriestessRiva Waste enemies, not bullets.
@TamaraLane You mean flying through hoops, in the tutorial?
@LordXenophon Lol oh yeah I rember that!
A Star Wars flight simulator FPS? That sounds like it could be fun.
